St. John’s Medical Center is proud to present its 2015 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Implementation Plan (IP). This document provides a comprehensive overview of the primary health needs in Teton County, WY – derived from the Healthy Teton County (HTC) initiative, a partnership between SJMC and Teton County Public Health.

Quality & Safety

The assurance of safe, quality care is fundamental to the vision of St. John's Medical Center. Meeting and exceeding the expectations of our patients and achieving best outcomes are central goals to which all employees at SJMC aspire.

To this end, SJMC continually monitors various indices of the care received by our patients. The SJMC Performance Improvement Plan, updated annually, strategically guides the collaborative staff effort to deliver high quality care. Senior leadership committees and the Board of Trustees oversee the organizational efforts.

Wellness Blood Screening

St. John's Medical Center now offers its popular wellness blood screenings year-round at the deeply discounted prices previously available only during the four months prior to the annual Community Health Fair. Adults age 18 and older are eligible for the discounted pricing once during a 12-month period.
