On Thursday, October 20th, the Community Health Information (CHI) Center will host the Lite Lunch presentation “Shining Light on the Winter Blues” with Joy Nelson Lundeen RNBA, BCN.
The discussion will include how to identify winter blues, prevent and treat seasonal mood and productivity slumps, how food and activity choices can help (or hinder), and how to choose and obtain therapeutic lighting.
Joy has been certified in neurofeedback (brainwave biofeedback) for over 15 years. She has her own practice, Biohealth Biofeedback and Behavioral Health, where she specializes in teaching individuals how to optimize health, happiness and productivity using skills and personal choices.
