Accessibility

St. John’s is committed to providing access for all patients and visitors with disabilities. The main entrances to the hospital are wheelchair accessible, and accessible restrooms are available in many areas.

Case Management/Discharge Planning

If you are an inpatient at St. John’s, you will work with your physician or our hospital social worker to develop a discharge plan to prepare you and your family for the care you will need after you leave the hospital.

When you’re discharged from the hospital, make sure you understand your follow-up treatment needs. That includes knowing your medications, making appointments, and resuming regular activities. Speak up if you have any questions.
