Cardiology

St. John’s Cardiology provides full-time local care for the diagnosis and treatment of heart problems. A cardiologist is an internal medicine doctor who has completed a three-year fellowship in cardiology.

St. John’s cardiologist:
• Works with the patient’s primary care provider to provide medical management of heart conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, congestive heart failure, and valve problems.
• Coordinates services at larger health centers when invasive procedures, such as catheterizations and surgeries, are necessary.

From echocardiograms to cardiac rehabilitation, St. John’s has many services and modalities for the detection and treatment of heart disease.
