On Saturday, November 12 between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, St. John’s
Institute for Cognitive Health will co-host the second annual Brain Game
Challenge with the Senior Center of Jackson Hole and Teton County/Jackson
Parks and Recreation Department. Community members 15 years and older
are invited to the Senior Center of Jackson Hole (830 E. Hansen St) for
fun and diverse activities, including puzzles, word games, foreign language
skills and a ZUMBA exercise class to get everyone’s brain moving.
Dr. Martha Stearn will share strategies for keeping memory strong and vibrant.
“We are so pleased to host another Brain Game Challenge!” says
Carol Taylor, LCSW of St. John’s Institute for Cognitive Health.
“Last year the Institute was invited by the Alzheimer's Foundation
of America to be one of five sites nationally to pilot this program, and
the result was a wonderfully successful event. We look forward to another
community gathering full of intergenerational fun.”
Event admission is $7 at the door, or $5 with pre-registration by 1:00
pm on Friday, November 11. Pre-registration payments may be mailed to
the Senior Center of Jackson Hole at PO Box 4677, Jackson, 83001. Lunch,
