On Wednesday, March 12, St. John’s Medical Center will host the community
presentation, “Pediatric Immunizations: Help or Harm?” at
the Teton County Library from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
Family physician Kathryn Noyes, MD, will explore the controversy around
immunizations and provide the most recent recommendations for immunizing
your child. Topics include common myths and current recommendations; an
update on the tetanus, whooping cough, influenza, and HPV vaccines; and
the decision to immunize your child.
Dr. Noyes is a family physician at the Women’s Health Center &
Family Care Clinic. She loves helping families — men, women, and
children included — to prevent illness and optimize their health.
For more information, please call 739-7244. Wednesday's presentation
is part of the St. John's Medical Center Words on Wellness program
and is offered in partnership with the Teton County Library.
