On Tuesday, May 20, St. John’s Medical Center will host the lunchtime
learning presentation, “Living with Allergies,” at the Teton
County Library from noon to 1:00 pm.
Dr. Marty Trott will discuss allergy causes, symptoms, and management strategies
for allergy sufferers. The diagnosis and treatment of food, seasonal,
and perennial allergies will be explored, along with treatment options
for those affected.
“Physical responses to allergens can range from uncomfortable to
dangerous,” said Dr. Trott. “Fortunately, there are a wide
range of treatment options available to allergy sufferers.”
Martin S. Trott, MD, MMM, FACS, attended the University of Rochester medical
school and completed Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery training at
the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1994. Dr. Trott is Chief of Staff at
St. John’s Medical Center and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology
at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He recently completed a
Master of Medical Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
