On Thursday, February 25, St. John's Medical Center and Sublette County
Rural Health Care District will host the presentation "TLC for Your
Heart (Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes)" at the senior centers in Marbleton/Big
Piney and Pinedale, Wyoming. The featured speaker is Nola Peacock, PT,
DSc, the director of cardiac and pulmonary rehab at St. John's Medical Center.
Peacock's presentations will provide an overview of heart disease prevention
(not treatments) and how to modify risk factors with everyday choices.
Each talk will conclude with a question and answer session.
Peacock will speak at the Southwest Sublette County Pioneers Senior Citizen
Center in Marbleton from 10:30 to 11:30 am and at the Rendezvous Pointe
Senior Center in Pinedale from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. A complimentary lunch
for those attending the Marbleton seminar will be available from 11:30
am to 1:00 pm at the Southwest Sublette County Pioneers Senior Citizen Center.
