On Wednesday, November 2, St. John’s Medical Center will host the
lunchtime learning presentation, “Who Needs a Flu Shot: New Information,”
at the Teton County Library from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
In this presentation, Christian Dean, DO, will discuss who is at high risk
for getting the flu, who needs the high-dose vaccine, and what changes
there are in recommendations for children.
Dr. Dean is a family practice physician at St. John’s Family Health
& Urgent Care, in Smith’s Plaza. He earned an MS in biomedical
science from the University of Texas and received a DO degree from Texas
College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Dean also serves as the team doctor
for the Jackson Hole Moose hockey team.
