On Tuesday, September 20, St. John’s Medical Center will host the
lunchtime learning presentation, “Nutrition Reset: A Healthy Fall
Ahead,” at the Teton County Library from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
In this presentation, Sarah Peterson, RD, will provide information on brain-boosting
breakfasts, suggestions for packing healthy and appealing lunches, and
ideas for snacking wisely.
Peterson graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in nutrition and
dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at Keene State College
in New Hampshire. She provides individualized, outpatient nutrition counseling
services at St. John’s Medical Center.
