On Wednesday, April 26, from 5 to 7 pm, St. John’s Medical Center
will offer a special Dinner with a Doc at the Senior Center of Jackson
Hole. The evening will feature St. John’s Medical Center CEO Paul
Beaupré, MD, who will give a brief overview of SPET Proposition

will be devoted to questions and answers about the project.
The dinner will be preceded by an opportunity to walk and chat with Dr.
Beaupré, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, Leslie
Roberts, certified personal trainer, will lead an indoor exercise class.
The walk or exercise class starts at 5 pm, the dinner begins at 6 pm,
and the talk follows.
The menu includes carrot/raisin/pineapple salad, chicken filet with peas
and spring onions, herbed brown rice, spring blend vegetables, a whole
wheat roll, and cranberry-apple crisp.
The dinner is free for seniors, due to support from the St. John’s
Hospital Foundation, and $8 for guests. RSVP to the Senior Center at 733-7300.
