3. Tennis Elbow
Also known as golfer’s elbow, tennis elbow occurs from repetitive movement and motion leading to inflammation of the tendon. When pain does occur, rest the area and avoid the motion causing it. Once again, warm-ups, stretching, and specific exercises can help strengthen the area to prevent further injury.
