Financial Assistance
Medical Financial Aid in Jackson
St. John’s Medical Center is committed to providing access to quality
health care in the community. We offer a financial assistance program
to help patients willing but unable to pay due to difficult financial
circumstances.
Financial assistance is offered to patients who are uninsured and underinsured.
Partial or full financial assistance will be granted based on a patient’s
ability to pay the charges billed.
Patients need to complete the
Patient Assistance Application or can contact the Patient Assistance Team at 307.739.4848 or email
patientassistance@tetonhospital.org for an appointment. Along with the application, patients must provide
proof of income, including but not limited to tax returns, pay stubs,
bank statements, investments and property tax statements.
The Patient Assistance team can also assist you with setting up payment
plans to cover deductible, co-insurance and uncovered balances.
St. John’s also has Financial Navigators available to assist you
with signing up for health care plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
