Portal FAQ
Why is some information missing from the portal?
Diagnostic images, such X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, are not available on
the portal, although the interpretive reports are. In addition, sensitive
results, such as those that relate to behavioral health, sexually transmitted
disease, genetic testing, and pregnancy, are not included on the portal.
For help accessing these types of records or any other records you can’t
find on your portal, contact
Health Information Management.
When will my lab results be available?
Next to the name of the test, you will see an estimated time of when your
results will be available, but generally your results will post 18 hours
after they have been processed and finalized. Your doctor will receive
the results first, so call your doctor if you are concerned about a result.
What can I do on the new portal?
- View lab results and radiology reports
- Request, book, and keep track of appointments with our physician clinics
- Request prescription refills
- View your personal health record
- Receive health reminders
- Send and receive messages from physician clinic staff
What are the benefits of the new portal?
The new portal provides access to your single electronic medical record
for all services received at St. John’s Medical Center and St. John’s
Physician Practices (after October 22, 2018). Now all of your information
from the hospital and St. John’s Physician Practices are available
in one place.
How do I sign up for the new portal?
During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your email
address and select a security question and answer. Then we will email
you an invitation with a secure link to complete the enrollment. If you
decline to enroll at the time of your visit you still can register through
self-enrollment using your unique Medical Reference Number (MRN) provided during your
appointment.
What are St. John's Physician Practices?
St. John's Physician Practices is a medical group comprised of the following
clinics and their providers:
What if I didn’t receive my email invitation during registration
at my last appointment?
Please check your spam or junk folder in your email account. If you still
can’t find it, please call the Cerner Support line at 877.621.8014
(available 24/7) to request a new invitation. For general questions, call
307.739.7501 or email ssimpson@tetonhospital.org.
Can I enroll my spouse, child or other family member?
Parents/legal guardians of children under 18 years of age can enroll for
access to their child’s account during the registration process.
In compliance with privacy regulations, access will automatically be revoked
when the child turns 18.
To access another adult’s health information, they must first complete
an Authorization to Release Medical Information, available by emailing
ROI@tetonhospital.org.
Are accounts available for minors under the age of 18?
We do not offer accounts to minors under the age of 18 unless they are
emancipated. An emancipated minor can enroll after providing a state-issued
ID along with valid documents stating their status (marriage certificate,
military ID, court documents).
Is there a mobile version of my HealtheLife portal available?
Yes, Cerner Corp provides an app called HealtheLife that connects to your
St. John's patient portal. To download, search "HealtheLife" in your smartphone
App Store.

What’s happening to my health records in my current RelayHealth or
eCW/Healow portals?

St. John’s Medical Center for visits prior to October 22, 2018.
You will continue to have access to those records after October 22, 2018
by using the RelayHealth (Change Healthcare) or eCW links or apps. However,
your health information from visits on October 22, 2018 or later will
be held in the new patient portal. For questions about the legacy portals,
please call 307-739-7501.
I didn’t sign up for the portal right away. Is it too late?
