Your Past Portals
You can access your medical information from visits to St. John’s
Medical Center prior to October 22, 2018 through the legacy portal links below or
request your medical records.
What are the benefits of the new portal?
On October 22, 2018, St. John’s Medical Center and St. John's Physician
Practices went live with our new electronic health record and patient
portal. This new system provides better coordination of your health care
between all aspects of St. John’s Medical Center. The new portal
allows you to check your latest lab and radiology results, request medication
refills or new appointments, and send messages to your St. John’s
Physician Practice care team. Now all of your information from the hospital
and St. John's Physician Practices will be available in one place!
I already have portal access, do I need to register for the new portal?
Yes, whether you already have a portal or are a new patient with St. John’s,
we will need you to register for your new patient portal while visiting
St. John’s hospital or one of the physician practices for an appointment.
During the registration process you will be asked to provide your email
address and select a security challenge question and answer. Then an invite
with a secure link will be emailed to you to complete the enrollment.
How do I sign up for the new portal?
In order to keep your health information secure, exisiting and new patients
will be registered for the portal during a visit to St. John's hospital
or St. John's Physician Practices. You will need to provide your personal
email address and select a security challenge question and answer. Then
an invite with a secure link will be emailed to you to complete your enrollment.
If you decline to enroll at the time of your visit you still can register through
self-enrollment using your unique Medical Reference Number (MRN) provided during your
What will be included on my new portal?
Any health information from a St. John's hospital or Physician Practices
visits on or after October 22, 2018 will be accessed on your new portal.
What are St. John's Physician Practices?
St. John's Physician Practices is a medical group comprised of the following

What if I didn’t receive my email invitation during registration
at my last appointment?
Please check your spam or junk folder in your email account. If you still
can’t find it, please call the Cerner Support line at (877) 621-8014
to request a new invitation be sent.. For general questions call 307-739-7501
or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I enroll my spouse, child or other family member?
Parents/legal guardians of children under 18 years of age can enroll for
access to their child’s account. Access will automatically be revoked
when the child turns 18 in compliance with privacy regulations. You can
enroll for access to your child’s account at your next visit.
You cannot enroll for access to another adult’s health information
without them first completing an Authorization to Release Medical Information.

Are accounts available for minors under the age of 18?
We do not offer accounts to minors under the age of 18 unless they are
emancipated (married, in the military or living separate from their parents).
An emancipated minor can enroll after providing a state issued ID along
with valid documents stating their status (marriage certificate, military
ID, court documents).
Is there a mobile version of my HealtheLife portal available?
Yes, Cerner Corp provides an app called HealtheLife that connects to your
St. John's patient portal. To download, search "HealtheLife" in your smartphone

You can call the support line at (877) 621-8014, 24 hours, seven days a week.
What’s happening to my health records in my current RelayHealth or
The existing portals will continue to hold your health information from
St. John’s Medical Center for visits prior to October 22, 2018.
You will continue to have access to those records after October 22, 2018
by using the RelayHealth (Change Healthcare) or eCW links or apps. However,
your health information from visits on October 22, 2018 or later will
be held in the new patient portal. For questions about the legacy portals,
